Text Messaging Terms
1. Program Description. Ross, Lynn, and Associates, LLC (RLA) runs a text messaging program for inquiry and client communications. If you agree to receive texts, RLA and its service providers acting for it may text the phone number you gave us, including with automated technology. Texts are about your timeshare inquiry and, if you become a client, about scheduling, documents, and your engagement with RLA. RLA does not send texts on behalf of any resort, lender, attorney, or other third party.
2. Consent. You agree to receive texts only by checking the consent box on our website form, or by agreeing in another way that RLA records. You don't have to give consent to buy any service. RLA texts only people who contacted RLA first, left a message, submitted a website inquiry, or are current clients.
3. Message Frequency. Message frequency varies.
4. Charges. Msg & data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier sets these charges, and RLA is not responsible for them.
5. Opting Out. Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving texts. You can also opt out another reasonable way: tell us during a call, email info@rosslynnandassociates.com, or call 561-359-0244. We will process your request within 10 business days. After you opt out, we may send one text confirming it. To start receiving texts again, reply START or contact us.
6. Help. Reply HELP to any text for help, or contact us at 561-359-0244 or info@rosslynnandassociates.com.
7. Carrier Disclaimer. Mobile carriers are not responsible for messages that are delayed or not delivered.
8. No Sharing. RLA does not sell or share your phone number, your consent to receive texts, or your opt-in information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except service providers that help RLA deliver messages.
9. Your Phone Number. You confirm that you own or are authorized to use the phone number you give us. If you change or give up that number, please tell us so we can stop texting it.
10. No Legal Advice. RLA is not a law firm. Texts from RLA are not legal advice and do not create an attorney-client relationship.
11. Privacy. For more on how we handle your information, see Section 8 of our [Privacy Policy].
12. Changes. RLA may update these Text Messaging Terms. The updated terms take effect when they are posted.
